This is a tag album measuring approximately 8"h x 7"w. This album does not stand on it's own, it will lay on a table or shelf. I have displayed mine on a picture frame with a 8"x10" opening using a cup hook and a decorative sheet of paper ("wood grain" from the collection) and stand (not included) to display on a book shelf in my home.
Hey everyone! As I have been playing with the new TCebosser I litterally have been looking high and low for anything that I can emboss on. When I was at the craft store I saw these sheets of duct tape and I thought my goodness, How cool would it look embossed?? So I gave it a try!
Turns out, it looks very pretty!
So I found a square shadow box and painted it black and decided to flip it around and make a fun clock! So here you can see where I am drilling a hole for the clock mechanism.
Then I added the sheet of ductape and trimmed all of the excess away.
I found the numbers were just perfect for this project! You can still see all of the beautiful embossed designs and since it was pre-made it made it a breeze to complete this project.
Here's what it looks like all completed! Beautiful, quick and easy! I hope you are inspired to create one of your own!
Today is the final showing of the TCeBosser launch on HSN. 6pm eastern times, unless otherwise posted.
I have to imagine that I'm not the only one who has been glued to the TV for days. I have just been overwhelmed with emotions it has been devastation after devastation. Our thoughts and prayers go out to ALL of those that have been effected by the bombings in Boston and the horrific explosion in Texas.
My heart is soooo heavy, I feel so helpless. I think one of the most positive things I've heard is that runners literally ran to the nearest hospital to donate blood - That really wowed me, in the heat of the moment I don't know if that's what I would have thought to do first but that is what many did, it warmed my heart. There is so much goodness that people are doing for one another and I wish the news would share more of that. That mankind is kind and generous and loving.
Honestly I have not felt as motivated to create as much as I would have liked this week. I was looking over the new paper line - Summer Stories and it hit me like a ton of bricks, BAM! I created this project just for me... Have you heard - art heals? My heart does feel a little lighter. This piece has so much MEANING behind it. I hope you enjoy!
As I was creating this I wasn't thinking clearly, I was just creating... I actually glued the paper on the wrong way and in my attempt to remove it to start over it ended up looking pretty cool so I just rolled with it. See how it happened and how you too can re-create this super cool effect in the video below!
The flower side of the paper is what was originally wrapped around the entire frame and as I started removing the paper in layers the black pattern started showing through. You can see the grain of the wood!
The "remember" is from the 6x6 paper pad. It was the perfect size for the box!
Supplies used: Teresa Collins Designs - Summer Stories - Papers & Embellishments: Flowers, Dots, 6 x6 paper pad, Brads, Die cuts, Die cut borders

So last August when I got to go visit my girlfriend Margie we were able to do a little touring of her neighboring town. She has some really great antique stores and we picked up this old ceiling tile. I was so excited, I had no idea what it would be used for but I wanted it to be something really special. Here it sits this holiday season on our mantel all aglow from the Christmas tree.
So, when Teresa came out with her latest Cricut Cartridge I new there was a project just waiting for me and this ceiling tile.
Here's a little TIP* When ever you are working with letters be sure to keep the piece you pull off so you can line them back up perfectly as you are adhearing them to your page.
Instructions on how I created this fun, easy and really simple project:
Cuts used:
SantaFrm 4" (sentiments paper side b)
SantaFmLr 4" (red snowflakes paper)
December 3 1/2" (countdown paper side b)
I inked all of my cut outs in either a brown or green ink to match the papers.
Base paper used: Snowflakes
I used an old fashioned ceiling tile for my wall art project and covered the center with Snowflakes paper cut square at 7 3/4" and inked in the edges in a brown ink.
I started layering my cut outs from the bottom and worked my way up. Starting with the bottom cut out from December. Be sure to keep your cut piece of paper as shown in the detail photo so you can line up your word "DECEMBER" over the the bottom frame perfectly. I love doing that - it takes all the thinking and figuring out of it. (you could also use it as a stencil in the future) Then I added the second cut out from the December piece to the top. Next add your large oval frames to the center. I added some red glaze over the top of the Santa then adhered it to the center of the frame.
I hope this inspires you to create some beautiful home decor that you can treasure for years to come!

I was so honored to be asked to create some Halloween stamps for the Teresa Collins Stamp Maker, here are a few projects that I created using the stamps:
I also wanted to share a few projects that I created for the Hens Den this last month, they celebrated Halloween by doing a Halloween project every day this last month, it was so much FUN!!
In all of the excitement I completely forgot to post about my cup of the month project because I also did the wall clock and this cutie little mini book/box.
So you all can see it here! :)
I just loved this paper!
Wall Clock project
I love this new 12x12 matchbook box!!
To recreate this project:
Cut the top off of the window box
Paint all edges of both boxes black
Punch large hole in upper center of "outer" box (this hole is where you can hang it on your wall with a nail.)
Cut square in center of "happy haunting" paper and adhere to top of box.
Attach hinges to top of box
Using alcohol ink rub onto door knob, cut a 18 length of black ribbon and attach to doorknob.
Punch hole in center of bottom, attach a grommet over the hole. Pull ribbon with doorknob through the hole and adhere the remaining into the box. (the 2nd box will cover up the ribbon and will help secure it nice and tight!)
Adhere the back on the inner box to the outer box.
Cut 4 strips of midnight magic paper and wrap around box
Open the lid and adhere the trick or treat paper to the bottom of the inside of the box.
Cut the center out of the Fright Night paper and adhere the border over the trick or treat paper.
Cut out largest clock from the Pumkin time paper, use black stickles on the the numbers. Punch a hole in the center of the clock.
Attach clock mechanism to center of inside box using velcro (this is so you can take it our and change the battery over time) then assemble your clock pieces.
