I have used the Teresa Collins “You Are My Happy” collection to create this countdown book.

I really went out on a limb here with this book!! There is SO MUCH to look at! You are going to enjoy creating this one, I’m so excited!!

About the Album:

• 21 pages (front and back) and covers


• Measures 9″ tall by 6 1/2″ wide


• This would be great to document your everyday love, special photos.


• There are lots of layers and dimension!!

What You will receive in your class kit:

• Pre-cut pages from You are my happy collection – Dots (foiled paper), Hearts (foiled paper), Pretty Flowers, Shooting Arrows, Spectacles, Memo Circles,  papers.


• Note cards sheet  – “Hello tags” of 13 journal cards


• 1 treat bags


• 4 flag toppers


• 3 doilies, 1 each: small, medium and large

• One roll of black with white dots washi tape

To Complete this kit you will need:

• Basic class kit supplies – 12″ paper trimmer, Dry adhesive, wet adhesive, paper piercer, scissors, see thru ruller, A pen and pencil. Mini Sticky notes come in handy in my class so you remember where to put your photos after class if you do not bring them to the class.


• Corner rounder – Chomper preferable.


• 1/4″ hole punch


• Pop Dots


• 1 1/2″ Circle punch (or you can hand cut the circles)


• Bone folder, Paper scorer if you have one.

Have you ever been knee deep in a project and darn if you don't spend more time trying to get the sequin off your finger than on the project itself?? Some days that's just how I feel. I LOVE using sequins but man of life that static cling is annoying, especially when your glue dries before you can put it on your project, right?!? So, I have a SOLUTION for you! Yes, it's a little trick I figured out...



We all have those plastic containers that we get our washi tape in from Teresa Collins - right!? Anyways, take your washi out and store it somewhere else. Now, just spray a LITTLE spray of some static guard, like count to ONE, just a little is all you need, you don't want to drown your sequins or discolor them in any way or have a residue on them. TRUST me, I did all of the experimenting for you. ;) **Be quick and do not over saturate metal sequins - if you use too much they will have a residue that is not pretty - just saying... Yes, of course it happened to me and I lost the whole sparkly bag during my experiment, however, if you use just a tiny spray - again just count to one and you should be fine.



Now quickly put your sequins in your container and give it a shake, like count to ten.



Then pour them out onto a piece of scratch paper and let the static guard finish evaporating. see, no residue!! And VOILA no more static cling!! Now you can put them in what ever container you use.



To adhere my sequins I like to use the liquid adhesive that comes in her Xyron adhesive kit.



I just add a little dab of the liquid glue and then layer my sequins on and done!!

Mini Sticky notes come in handy in my class so you remember where to put your photos after class if you do not bring them to the class.

You are My Happy mini album book

I was so excited when I opened my box and saw the new collection - YOU ARE MY HAPPY!! I am in love with all of the fun patterns!! The copper foil on the papers and on the die cut borders is amazing, I love how it's the perfect shade! I have enjoyed making mini albums using the mini file folders. For this book, I only used one large one and 3 sheets of paper!! The "You are my happy" on my cover is a 4 x 3 card!

The hears foiled paper is one of my favorites! I added a tag that has a punched out heard from the NEW ephemra packs!!

Here is another journal card from the "Noted" tags paper.

The heart and banner are also from the new ephemra package.

This is the largest mini album and the Days border is from the "Noted tags" paper. Yes, A picture of my husband and I, it's not very often we have our photo together. 

I just love the "pretty flowers paper" from the collection!!

This is a picture flap page, I added a journal card to the back of the photo then added circle chipboard stickers back to back to create a tab. When creating a book it's always good to look at your layers and how to play off of them, the "Life is good" hexagon sticker is in a perfect spot.

 Here you can see the journal card that is behind the photo.

I just love the die cut banners! This is such a fun collection and I used it as a "family" album but it could be used for so much more!!

October Tumbler of the month using the new YOU ARE MY HAPPY by Teresa Collins Designs

Have you seen the new release that debuted today by Teresa Collins??? It is called YOU ARE MY HAPPY!! And Yes, it makes me soooo HAPPY!!!

I was so excited when I opened my box and saw all the shades of corals, oranges, and copper. SO SO Pretty!!! Here are a few of the pieces using the new collection for this months Tumbler!

I am LOVE LOVE LOVING this months tumbler!! I hope you are inspired to create one of your own!

PS...I loved Augusts' tumbler of the month that I skipped September so don't look for it, it's not there. :)
